The first event of it's kind is set to showcase locally sourced Bridlington Seafood – Lobster and Crab Speciality. Taking place outdoors at the old harbour of Bridlington, on Saturday 11th July, the fesitval will be a true celebration for Bridlington's status as the most successful lobster fisher in Europe.

From 10:00am to 11:00pm, there will be an abundance of aquatic indulgences to take part in throughout the day! Bridlington is the largest lobster landing port by volume in the UK, with daily landings when the weather is good. The main Lobster season remains from July through to September – the perfect time to visit the beautiful seaside town and feast on an array of tasty morsels!

The Bridlington Seafood Festival will offer everything there is to love about seafood and a bustling seaside town, with the wonderful harbour showing there s more to Bridlington that first meets the eye. With a host of live entertainment, seafood stalls, many family activities, interesting demonstrations and much more... topped off with a magnificant firework finale, there will be plenty to see and do during the day.
