We stayed in the Grainary for the last week in August. The first floor apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It also had beautiful views. The location was great for exploring East Yorkshire. A lovely touch was the delicious homemade cake! We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would definitely return!
Fantastic holiday with the horses. The owners were most welcoming and friendly. Beautiful cottage The Stables, could of not of asked for a nicer place to stay, comfy warm cottage with everything you could ever need. Lovely touches, a lovely cake on the side. The beach down the road was lovely to ride on, horses were very happy. It was the better than what we could ever wish for in a holiday. I will be visiting again and would highly recommend to anyone with or without horses. Thank you

Such a lovely first floor barn conversion that I cannot wait to visit again! Unfortunately, our trip was all too brief due to personal circumstances and we felt robbed of the opportunity to fully experience this place. Lovely rural setting and fantastic job of a barn conversion; the decor was extremely sympathetic with lots of lovely touches and attention to detail. There was a welcome cake too! The owner couldn't have been more accommodating of our revised travel plans and late check-in. Loved the spa bath, just what I needed after a long journey to relax before a very comfortable nights sleep in the gorgeous bedroom, comfy mattress too!

We only stayed here for two nights while we were at a wedding in Driffield. Fantastic cottage (we stayed in 'The Stables'). This was a two bedroom, two floor cottage. Both bedrooms were fully en-suite. One of the en-suite's had a spa bath.
Lounge and kitchen area were extremely clean and very well equipped. The owners even left us a freshly baked chocolate cake for our arrival. It was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will be booking a week here next summer so we can truly enjoy the place.

Great Country Escape - at the coast
We've just had a long weekend in the one-bed Grainery. A great little apartment in the roof space of the converted barn. Set in the middle of typical Yorkshire Wolds countryside yet only a stone's throw from Bridlington and the East Yorkshire coast. Super facilities, total peace and quiet and as other reviews have mentioned ... a welcome home made chocolate cake! Well equipped kitchen diner opening on to a comfortable lounge leading through to a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Our first vist but won't be our last.
Wonderful cottage, perfect for a short break with a young family
Cottage has everything you could possibly need, lovely location, friendly and welcoming owners. Would definitely stay here again.
Likes: Cottage, surroundings, facillities. Loved the fact that we could use the local health club with pool. Everything was very clean and all the basics (and more) were provided.
Warm and Friendly
We took our two little grandchildren for a few days, they loved every minute of their stay and we found the cottage to be very warm and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Likes: We liked the fact that it was lovely and peaceful and yet was only and short drive into the centre of Bridlington
Ive never wrote a review before but felt i had to, i wanted anybody who wanted a beautifull relaxing break to do what we did, we booked as a last minute get away, and how happy i am we did. The converted mill was just the most cozy romantic comfortable relaxing three days i have had in a long time, although you are in the countryside a beautifull working farm with geese, horses, duck pond etc, you are also very close to beautifull beaches, walks and if you realy want to.... shops! The Mill itself was just perfect, a very warm welcome to a imaculate home from home! everything you need is on hand, fully equiped kitchen, log fire, jacuzzi bath, towels you name it they have it for you, theres even stair gates, toys, games, books, films and music for children and a lovely chocolate cake waiting :-) Perfect in every way Thankyou North Kingsfield Farm we drove 6 hrs from Devon and loved every minute of our stay.
Warm, welcoming and friendly
Conveniently placed for all the coast , returning after a day out was always welcoming at the cottage even after a wet and windy day.
Likes: Everything , good company , nice food and wine and a cottage where you could really relax .
Dislikes: We had to leave !
Lovely country cottage within easy travelling distance to coast
Lovely cottage with nice country feel - beams and log fire. Very clean and comfortable and welcoming chocolate cake. Nice play area for children. Also a pond where they can feed the ducks. We were not disturbed with noise from adjoining livery stables. Lovely location, surrounded by fields so great if you like it quiet but within easy travelling distance of seaside towns. We stayed at Mill House. Good kitchen facilities but a bit short on worktop space. Creaky bed but comfortable. Would recommend the cottages to others.
Brilliant, would recommend
Lovely cottage with lots of extras including books, games and DVDs. Delicious chocolate cake was a lovely welcome.
Likes: Luxurious cottage with everything you need. Duck pond to feed ducks and little park for kids. Beach short drive away.
A great experience
We really enjoyed staying at North Kingsfield in a beautiful rural countryside. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything one could need including free WIFI. We appreciated the possibility of using the local gym or swimming pool for free and we would have used it more often, if the weather had been bad.
Likes: Our 7-year-old daughter liked the animals on the farm, they really kept her busy. We all liked the very friendly welcome and getting to know more about the history of the farm.
Dislikes: The owners have really made every effort to make their guests feel comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week!
Amazing holiday cottages
Lovely stay, visited all of the local sites and traveled to scarborough for the day, lots to do and see.Helen and Peter (the owners) were great and really helpfull, happy to sort out any issues you may have.
Likes: Really quiet, countryside location but only a few minutes drive from town and the beach. Great value
Our 4th visit to North Kingsfield Cottages. Utter Perfection as always!
Home from home accommodation. Feather quilts, pillows and matress toppers enables the best nights sleep ever. Everything you could ever require in a perfect location, with wonderfull friendly hosts who generously attend to any requests that you may have, from personal guided tours of the farm and surrounding countryside, to lighting the log burning stoves before you arrive.
Likes: Every cottage has a welcome hamper for your arrival including a mouth watering home made chocolate cake and apple pies. The cottages are pure luxury and I'm already arranging our 5th visit.
Dislikes: The only disapointment was knowing that we had to go back home at the end of or short stay :-(
Excellent accommodation, with a great welcome
A lovely barn conversion, with everythig needed for a relaxing break.
