About Us

Approached along it's own private lane, our picturesque working farm, livery yard and holiday accommodation are set in open countryside, just two miles from the unspoilt coastal village and quiet sandy beach of Fraisthorpe, near Bridlington on the East Yorkshire Coast in beautiful, rural England.

Our holiday cottages are carefully converted to a high standard from an old medieval barn, with particular attention paid to retaining original features. Each cottage offers very  comfortable accommodation, with all bedroom en suite and antique pine furnishings throughout.

Set around a large courtyard, each cottage has it's own outdoor seating area and shares use of five acre grounds, comprising woodland, a large duck pond and a games barn with facilities for pool and table tennis. There is an enclose garden with timber play equipment, including swings, slide and monkey bars. On site we also have a small livery yard, so we can offer grazing in the summer months if you have a horse or pony you wish to bring along.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted inside the The Grainary or Millhouse Cottages and are only aloud downstairs inside the The Stable Cottage.
